Pitch deck design for businesses with a story only a few people can tell
If sales depend on the few people who can explain what you do, the story has to travel without them. We turn your strategy into a sales narrative, a pitch deck and the presentation tools around it, shaped by how your buyers choose.
How we build a sales narrative and deck
Four stages, with the thinking before the slides.
Sales material we have made includes work for HCML, Bush & Co, Anderson Group, Sayfa Systems, water2business and Staffline.

Strategy and slides, one team: The people who work out your positioning also shape the deck, so nothing gets lost between teams.
Listen first: We talk to your sales team and to the people who buy from you.
Agree the story: Together we set out the sales narrative: what you do, who it’s for and why it matters.
Design the deck and the set: We design the pitch deck and the material around it, such as info packs and brochures, as one family in your brand.
Hand over and keep improving: If you want us to stay on, we refine the story as you learn what lands with buyers.
Pitch deck and sales tool services
- 01
Less resting on a few people
When sales conversations rely on a few people to explain the business, growth waits for their diary. A clear narrative and a deck the whole team can use share the load.
- 02
One story, told the same way
If the message is complex or changes from pitch to pitch, buyers meet a different company each time. One sales narrative gives everyone the same words.
- 03
Designed around the decision
We shape the deck around what a buyer needs to understand, what might make them hesitate and what will give them the confidence to move forward.
- 04
A set, not a one-off
Decks, info packs, brochures and templates designed together, so everything a buyer sees looks and sounds like the same business.
- 05
Films and animations
Short films, case studies, testimonials and animations, as we made for Anderson Group.
- 06
Files your team can use
Your team gets files they can use and update.
From the brand strategy to the templates.
Sayfa, one of the country’s leading suppliers of safety products for working at height in the housing and building industry, needed to jumpstart their brand and breathe life into the company’s marketing strategy.
Once the brand strategy was in place and guidelines produced, we rolled out new templates for brochureware, case studies, e-shots and newsletters to ensure consistent messaging and branding, giving them the assets to kick on with their own marketing safe in the knowledge that the groundwork had been done.
Read the Sayfa Systems case studyQuestions we are asked
What sales tools do you make?
In our case studies so far: sales decks and info packs for HCML, presentations and report covers for Bush & Co, and brochureware, films and animations for Anderson Group.
Can we come to you just for a deck?
Yes. A sales deck can be a project on its own. Other clients work with us on an ongoing basis. If we find the story isn’t settled yet, we’ll say so before we design anything.
Do you write the story or just design the slides?
Both. We can help define the strategy and shape the messaging, then design the deck and the material around it.
What does it cost, and how long will it take?
It depends on how settled your story is and how much you need, from one deck to a full set of sales material. If the positioning needs work, that comes first. We’ll talk it through in a free 60 minute Intro with Ideate and quote once we understand the brief.
“In each case the positioning came first and the sales material followed. Simplify the offer first, and the sales material has something clear to say.”
