Marketing consultancy that makes choosing you the easy option
Whether you’re supporting an in-house team or starting from scratch, we help you work out how your customers actually decide.
Our experience
A marketing consultancy works out why your customers choose, or don’t, then turns that into a strategy and the brand, website and marketing to deliver it.
A few of the businesses we’ve helped grow: HCML, Conergy and Staffline.

Marketing assessment: We get under the skin of your business, your market and your customers, assessing what’s working and what isn’t.
Strategy development: We turn the assessment into a clear strategy, designed to reach the people who matter through the channels that actually move them.
Tactical planning: Specific marketing tactics and steps, mapped out with the channels, content and campaigns that will deliver the strategy.
Implementation: We put the plan into action, whether we’re delivering it or working alongside your in-house team, so momentum doesn’t stall.
Measurement and analysis: We track the results and refine as we go. You see what’s working and the next move, backed by evidence.

From a brand built from scratch to the full marketing engine.
When the water market deregulated, businesses could choose their supplier for the first time. We created the water2business brand and proposition from scratch, then ran the full marketing engine: campaigns, PR, sustainability seminars and a digital hub.
From strategic plans to social media and e-shot campaigns, a new website, events and exhibitions, we have handled every aspect of their marketing and comms. We organised sustainability seminars with leading businesses across the South West. The press releases and articles received extensive pick up in local and trade press, and the discussion points became a well-received white paper.

Questions we are asked
Can you support both strategy and delivery?
Yes. Our work is designed to connect the thinking with the doing. We can help define the strategy, shape the messaging, create the brand or campaign idea, and then deliver the assets needed to put it into market.
Do you work on retainers or one-off projects?
Both. Some clients come to us for a defined project, such as a brand refresh, website, messaging framework, campaign or sales deck. Others work with us on an ongoing basis for senior marketing support, content planning, digital activity, campaigns and optimisation.
What do you mean by human-centred marketing?
Human-centred marketing means building strategy, messaging, design and campaigns around how people actually think, behave and make decisions. It means looking beyond what the business wants to say and considering what the audience needs to understand, trust and act on.
Why a small, senior team?
We’re deliberately small and senior. Instead of selling execution and hoping, we do the thinking that makes the execution work, and stay close enough to change course when the evidence says to. For many businesses that means sharper focus and less wasted spend, not more.
