Brand identity design that starts with the people who choose you
Logos, visual identity and brand guidelines, carried through to everything people see. We start by understanding your audience and the decision you need them to make.
Our experience
A logo is one part of it. An identity is the whole look and feel of your business, used the same way everywhere.
Identities we have made include Sava, Bush & Co, Anderson Group, Sayfa Systems and Loop for Table Tennis England.

Understand first: Design second, then make sure the brand gets used.
Audit and research: We audit your current brand and study your market, your competitors and the people you need to reach.
Workshop and strategy: A brand workshop with your leadership team sets the vision, values and proposition the identity has to carry.
Routes, then refinement: Concepts and moodboards first. Then we choose a direction together and refine it to final artwork.
Roll-out: We roll the new identity out across your materials, online and offline.

A website to match
A website designed in the new identity, as we made for Sava, Bush & Co and Anderson Group.
From the first workshop to the office walls.
The Anderson Group, a global outsourcing and payroll business, needed a brand that could evolve with its growing business model.
Workshops with the senior management team came first, to untangle a complicated offer. Then we simplified and modernised the brand elements, brought everything under the Anderson name and created new brand guidelines for the whole business. New brochures and sales material followed, and office artwork built from skylines and bold typography, to help a workforce spread over numerous continents feel part of one team.

Questions we are asked
What does a brand identity agency do?
It works out what your business needs to say, and to whom, then turns that into a logo, a visual identity and the guidelines that keep them consistent. A good one also helps you roll it out.
How do we choose a brand identity agency?
Look for work with organisations like yours, ask who will actually do the work, and ask what happens before the first design. We are a small, senior team, so you work directly with the people shaping the strategy and creating the work.
Can you refresh our logo rather than replace it?
Yes, when that is the right call. Sayfa Systems did not want to move far from their original logo, so we created an identity with a suite of enhancements that modernised the brand.
How long does it take, and what does it cost?
It depends on how much there is to do. Refreshing one logo is a smaller job than bringing several brands under one name. A good first step is a free 60 minute intro, where we look at your challenge and share an honest view.
“Hayley and Simon have brought clarity to our positioning, consolidating our range of brands and services under one name and vision creating a strong, professional but dynamic brand.”
